So long, Farewell

All good things come to an end.

This very small, and somewhat intermittent blog, has been one of my finest achievements. To be brave enough to put out into the world the way that you are feeling, or what you are struggling with is truly liberating and I am eternally grateful for this platform that has gently but ever so definitely led me back to my path of writing.

I am not going to say I will never do another blog post, but right now I am working on the book that I promised myself that I would one day write and publish.

My journey as a Grandma has made me look at myself and my life so differently and I honestly believe if Phoebe has not come along when she did, I would still be the angry, selfish and stressed out person that I used to be.

Everyone, at some point in their lives, gets a reality check – whether it’s the death of a loved one, the loss of a job, or an illness that they can’t seem to recover from. I finally listened to my inner voice and made the necessary changes to become a better person and, ultimately, someone that my Granddaughter would look up to.

A big thank you to everyone that took the time to look at this blog. I wish you all success and happiness in your own journeys.

Lots of love

  1. I love to read your blog, and while I know you are working really hard on a fantastic book, never say never, as I would love you to come back to posting on here some times too 🙂 xxx
